This leading pharmaceutical business with offices across QLD is seeking additional support in their Accounts team, with a focus on accounts receivable and collections.

Your new role

Working alongside the finance officer, you will be managing the creation of new accounts and speaking regularly with stakeholders to ensure the timely collection of overdue accounts. You will also look after the following:

Daily data entry of transactions
Creation of new accounts
Collection calls
Bank accounts reconciliation
Reconcile supplier statements and chase missing invoices

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable or Billings role
Excellent communication skills
Strong systems, Excel and analytical skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a high-volume environment
Available to commence immediately or on short notice
