Based in the Western suburbs, this multi-entity construction and property business is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a part-time basis.

Your new role

  • Processing invoices

  • Payment runs

  • Managing subcontractor compliance and payments

  • Supplier reconciliations

  • Ad hoc tasks from the Finance Manager

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in a similar role

  • Be seeking a part-time role, approximately 15-20 hours per week

  • Ideally, have worked in the construction space with ERP system experience, such as Levesys or CHEOPS
