This global company that operates in a growing and niche industry is seeking a talented Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Officer to join their newly created Australian Finance team. This full-time permanent position will be based in Brisbane Inner City, which offers a variety of public transport connections.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for the following:
- Supplier set up and maintenance
- Matching invoices to purchase orders
- Processing accounts payable invoices
- Preparing payment runs
- Creditor reconciliations
- Generating sales invoices
- Follow up on overdue payments
- Debtor reconciliations
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience in medium to higher volume accounts payable and accounts receivable positions
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Meeting deadlines
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
