• Maintaining accurate financial records in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB)
• Processing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Performing bank reconciliations and managing cash flow
• Managing general invoicing and reconciliation
• Assisting with payroll functions as required

What you'll need to succeed

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business (advantageous but not essential)
• Previous experience in an accounts/finance administration role (2+ years preferred)
• Strong understanding of financial processes and Australian accounting standards
• Proficiency with accounting software (experience with Xero highly desirable)
• Professional communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The company offers a competitive hourly rate starting at $36.00 per hour plus superannuation and penalties, with weekly pay.
