Your new role
Accounts Payable – processing, entering, and paying supplier invoices
Accounts Receivable – managing a small client base
Invoicing and data entry
Maintaining financial records in MYOB
Time sheet tracking and support for payroll processes
General administration and office support
Assisting with email management and customer support
Supporting the business with policy documentation and process improvements
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in accounts support
Strong Excel skills
Experience with MYOB
Comfortable handling invoicing, data entry, and financial admin
A team player
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Positive attitude and willingness to support across multiple business areas
