This Australian company that operates in a niche sector is seeking an Accounts Clerk to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The role will be based in the Murarrie offices, which offers onsite car parking. This is an office-based position.
Your new role
Reporting to the Accountant, you will be responsible for the following:
- Data entry
- Processing of invoices
- Preparing and processing weekly payment runs
- Allocating payments
- Reconciling accounts
- Assisting with month-end and administration tasks as required
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
- Experience in accounts payable / accounts receivable processing
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
