Your new role
This is a hands-on Accounts & Administration all-rounder position with a clear core focus on Accounts Payable, while still offering broad exposure across finance. Reporting into senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in keeping day-to-day finance operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-end Accounts Payable processing, including invoice matching, coding and payment runs
  • Supplier reconciliations, query resolution and maintaining strong relationships
  • Supporting Accounts Receivable, including debtor monitoring and follow-ups
  • Assisting with cashflow visibility and reporting inputs
  • Month-end support, reconciliations and financial reporting assistance
  • General administration, office coordination and internal support tasks
  • Supporting onboarding, payroll processes and maintaining HR records
This is a genuine all-rounder role, ideal for someone who wants to build strong AP capability while developing broader accounting skills.

What you need to succeed

You will bring:
  • A strong internal drive and genuine desire to learn and develop
  • A proactive attitude – someone who takes ownership
  • Exposure to Accounts Payable (or a graduate with strong fundamentals and the right attitude)
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role, or the ambition and capability to step up quickly
  • Good communication skills and confidence working across different teams
  • High attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving ability
  • Early signs of leadership potential and a willingness to take initiative
  • Junior candidates are encourgaed to apply
