Your new role

As an Accounting Manager, you will play a key leadership role within the Business Services & Tax team, working closely with senior leadership and managing a diverse client portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of business clients and acting as their trusted advisor
• Providing technical expertise across tax planning, structuring, and compliance
• Reviewing work and ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery
• Leading advisory engagements including forecasting, strategy, and reporting
• Mentoring and developing junior team members
• Contributing to business growth and continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

• CA or CPA qualified
• Extensive experience in Australian public practice (business services/tax)
• Strong technical skills across complex tax and group structures
• Proven experience managing client portfolios and workflows
• Leadership capability with experience mentoring or managing teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial mindset with the ability to provide strategic advice
