Hays is partnering with an impressive and well-known WA organisation on an estimated 3-5 months temporary Accountant position, that is looking to start within the next 1 week.

Your new role

As the Accountant, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including transactional review, reconciliations, journal entries, liaising with finance and non-finance stakeholders and performing required month-end activities.

What you'll need to succeed

- CA/CPA or equivalent full accounting qualification

- Ability to commence this temporary Accountant assignment within the next 1 week
- Full commitment to the temporary duration
- Strong month-end accounting and reconciliation experience
- The ability to multitask and have a strong attention to detail
- Strong user of Excel spreadsheets and any prior use of an ERP accounting system
- Good communication skills to engage with various stakeholders

- For the first 4-6 weeks this position will be based 5 days per week in the office, and thereafter once approved, you can work 1 day per week from home
