Based in Parramatta, our client is a boutique services provider. They provide the full suite of accounting services to their predominantly corporate clients.

Your new role

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Accountant to care for a portfolio of predominantly SME clients.

You will be responsible for ensuring your clients financial security, compliance and growth strategies. Your duties will include

• Applying appropriate accounting principals and your knowledge to ensure completion of client accounts and financial reports;
• Researching and advising on technical and specialist aspects of taxation and financial reporting;
• Analysing accounting and operational data to create insightful dashboards for your clients SME and ELT for them to make informed decisions;
• Completing corporate tax reviews and return including for consolidations, international tax structuring and advisory work as required by your clients including review of takeover bids, specialist tax advisory, restructures and M&A;

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered, you MUST be CA/CPA qualified, have strong client relationship skills, coupled with excellent communication skills, have previous experience within a business services environment and seeking a growth/career opportunity
