Your new role

• Managing financial operations across two research centres.
• Collaborating with the Research Finance and Analysis Partner to optimise the research portfolio budget.
• Contributing to strategic objectives by overseeing financial aspects of formal planning cycles.
• Delivering financial and capital management services.
• Preparing insightful reports and handling general financial activities in line with policies and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed

• CA/CPA qualified or working towards it.

• The main focus is Analysis, management accounting and stakeholder engagement.

• This role requires excellent communication skills and someone who can follow instructions and has a great attitude.

• Project accounting background, state Government background or university sector experience would be nice to have but not essential.
