Your new role
The Account Manager is responsible for achieving all sales and profit related objectives within their designated territory. This will be achieved by establishing and maintaining solid relationships, creating avenues to ensure customer retention, high business share within dealers and ultimately providing value to all customers. In your new role, you will target a commercial client base (fleets), providing expertise, guidance and value proposition to a broad range of customers. You will utilise your consultative approach, providing solutions to existing accounts, whilst prospecting for new business opportunities. You will also build strong relationships with existing wholesalers and distributors.
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated experience in a B2B Sales or Account Management position in a similar sized organisation.
Some knowledge and experience working the tyre or automotive industry
The ability to build relationships at all levels.
Sound communications skills both verbal and in writing.
Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Good time management and prioritising skills.
Proficiency in using CRM and Microsoft Office suite
Willingness to travel regularly

The salary and remuneration package comprises of the following:
Base salary of $97,000 per annum, plus superannuation
Fully maintained company vehicle, or optional car allowance of $14,500 per annum
Sales incentives (paid quarterly) with an OTE of circa $20,000
Income protection insurance
