Your new role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team in an
administration role. In this role, you will be
responsible for providing a broad range of support in the provision of advice
and the high-quality ongoing service to prospective, new and existing
customers. You will also be contributing to enhancing the overall customer
experience. This role is based in Mount Isa and will be
offered on a Temporary but flexible, full-time Monday - Friday roster, 8am -
5pm.
What you'll need to be succeed:
To
be considered for this role you must have:

QLD Driver's license

Manage internal and external
correspondence, including incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring prompt and
clear communication with stakeholders.

Thrive in a fast-paced
environment, meeting KPIs and performance benchmarks.

Build connections with
industry partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to support efficient service delivery.

Proactively handle enquiries
and tasks within required timeframes.
