Your new role
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for a qualified Maintenance Electrician to join a mobile facilities maintenance team servicing government, commercial, and institutional assets throughout Sydney.
Key responsibilities will include:
Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
Fault finding and repairs on building services equipment
Testing and maintenance of lighting, emergency systems, switchboards, and power distribution equipment
Attending service calls and breakdowns across multiple sites
Completing compliance inspections and reporting
Liaising with clients and site stakeholders
Ensuring works are completed safely and in line with Australian Standards
Participating in an on-call roster when required
What you'll need to succeed
NSW Electrical Licence
Experience working within facilities maintenance, commercial property, healthcare, education, government, or similar environments
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting experience
Knowledge of building services and electrical infrastructure
Current Driver's Licence
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
White Card and experience using CMMS systems highly regarded
