Project Lead – People Systems & Analytics – SuccessFactors

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Lead with deep People Systems and HR technology expertise to join a large, complex organisation undergoing a significant workforce technology transformation. Working within the Organisational Effectiveness team, you will play a critical role supporting both business-as-usual people systems operations and the delivery of a major SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation.


This role would suit a senior HRIS professional, People Systems Manager, SuccessFactors Lead or Project Lead who enjoys balancing strategic initiatives, stakeholder engagement and hands-on system leadership.


The Opportunity

You will take ownership of the organisation's People Systems landscape, providing functional leadership across SAP SuccessFactors while supporting a high-profile transformation program. Acting as the key liaison between HR, Payroll, Technology and business stakeholders, you will ensure systems remain stable, compliant and fit for purpose while driving enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Alongside supporting BAU operations, you will play a key role in the deployment of SuccessFactors Employee Central, helping to manage change, system enhancements, testing, governance and stakeholder engagement activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimise SAP SuccessFactors and associated People Systems.
  • Support the deployment of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Manage system enhancements, upgrades, releases and testing activities.
  • Drive data governance, system integrity and payroll-related controls.
  • Provide senior-level support and resolution for complex HRIS issues.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Technology and business stakeholders to deliver effective outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, automation, user experience and system capability.
  • Contribute to People Systems strategy, roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives.


About You

To be successful, you will bring:
  • Strong experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Proven success leading enterprise HRIS environments within large and complex organisations.
  • Experience supporting system transformations, implementations or major enhancement programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across HR, Payroll, IT and business teams.
  • A structured approach to governance, testing, risk management and change control.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
