  • Monitoring compliance risks, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions
  • Championing workplace health and safety initiatives and fostering a strong safety culture across programs

  • Proven experience building team capability, leading through change and fostering positive workplace culture
  • Experience preparing for and managing accreditation processes, including QIP, QIC or similar quality frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing home-based care services, including assessments, home visits and client information systems
  • Strong operational leadership experience within aged care, home care, community services or healthcare environments
  • Exceptional organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high-quality service delivery outcomes

  • Diverse leadership role spanning operations, quality, compliance and strategic projects
  • Collaborative and supportive workplace culture
  • Opportunity to contribute to meaningful community health and wellbeing outcomes across NSW
  • Ongoing professional development and leadership exposure
