With a growing pipeline of work and a commitment to excellence, they are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team and oversee the successful delivery of projects throughout Adelaide.

Your new role

• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors on site
• Managing project programmes and ensuring key milestones are achieved
• Maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance
• Conducting site inspections and resolving construction issues as they arise
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Monitoring project progress and reporting updates to senior management
• Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and to specification

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within residential construction, commercial fit-out projects, or both
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building regulations, and safety requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain project momentum
• White Card and relevant construction qualifications
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to site management
