Your new role
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives, supporting brand growth and customer engagement across multiple channels. This is a hands-on position suited to a creative and detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of the annual marketing plan
- Creating engaging video and digital-first content aligned to brand strategy
- Executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across web, digital advertising, email, social media and print
- Managing email marketing campaigns via Dotdigital, including monthly eDMs and promotional communications
- Acting as the key liaison with external web and marketing agency partners, including briefing work, attending WIP meetings, and supporting website optimisation initiatives
- Producing high-quality print and digital collateral using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva
- Creating visual assets for social media, email marketing, and print materials
- Maintaining website content, including product uploads, imagery, and copywriting in collaboration with internal teams
- Coordinating the production and ordering of stationery and marketing collateral
- Analysing marketing reports and providing insights to internal stakeholders
- Planning and executing promotional activity, including supplier-led campaigns, competitions, and giveaways
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across purchasing, finance, and leadership teams to ensure campaign alignment
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience in a similar marketing, digital, or content-focused role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles including SEO, SEM, and campaign performance metrics
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Dotdigital or similar)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
- Excellent written and visual communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment
- Proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach
