Our Client is seeking a Teleremote Bogger Operator to support underground production activities within a hard‑rock mining environment in Western Australia. This role requires strong technical capability in remote bogging systems and a disciplined approach to safety and communication.
Your new role
Safe and efficient operation of teleremote loaders to recover ore from stopes, drawpoints, and production areas
Monitoring equipment performance and responding to alarms, system prompts, and environmental conditions
Coordination with underground supervisors, control room personnel, and production teams to maintain ore flow
Conducting pre‑operational checks, equipment inspections, and reporting defects
Maintaining accurate logs, shift reports, and production records
Ensuring all activities comply with site procedures, isolation protocols, and safety standards
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated experience operating teleremote or autonomous LHDs in underground hard‑rock mining
Strong understanding of production cycles, drawpoint management, and stope recovery
High level of situational awareness and ability to manage multiple inputs in a control‑room environment
Effective communication skills and ability to work within a structured team
Current WA C‑Class driving licence and relevant underground competencies
