Your new role

As an Intermediate Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting senior team members and managing your own portfolio of clients across a variety of industries.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals
  • Assisting with BAS/IAS preparation and lodgements
  • Supporting senior accountants and managers with advisory work and client engagement
  • Handling client queries and building strong, professional relationships
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Contributing to process improvements and workflow efficiencies
What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate:
  • 2–4 years’ experience within a public practice accounting firm
  • Progress towards (or completion of) CA or CPA qualification
  • Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax and accounting standards
  • Experience with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or similar
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
