supporting the delivery of critical capability outcomes within the ADF Special
Operations Program. This organisation
is a highly regarded Australian Defence consultancy that partners closely with
government to deliver complex capability, logistics and program outcomes. With
deep expertise across Defence capability development, systems integration and operational
support, they play a key role in supporting national security objectives across
multiple high-profile programs. Known for their

experienced personnel to augment existing teams, ensuring the successful
delivery of mission-critical projects.
Your new role
As the Senior Capability Integration Specialist, you will lead the planning and integration of Fundamental Inputs to Capability (FIC) across a portfolio of Defence projects within a complex program environment. You will work across multidisciplinary teams to ensure capabilities are delivered, integrated, and operationally ready.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the planning and integration of FIC for new and emerging capabilities
Providing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) advice aligned to operational and strategic needs
Preparing and delivering project reporting and documentation to governance forums
Coordinating Introduction Into Service (IIS) activities including trials, evaluation and training
Developing and maintaining IIS documentation to meet stakeholder and Defence requirements
Engaging with Delivery and Special Forces stakeholders to support successful capability outcomes
What you'll need to succeed
Experience within Defence capability delivery, integration or logistics environments
Strong knowledge of FIC and/or Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)
Experience in complex program or acquisition environments
Ability to operate across strategic, operational and tactical levels
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and within integrated teams
Security clearance - NV1 clearance required (essential) /NV2 or higher highly regarded
