Your new role

• Develop test plans, test scripts, and scenarios tailored for both technical and non-technical users.
• Lead and support mobile device testing across multiple brands, models, and OS versions
• Record, analyse, and manage test results, defects, and observations with high attention to detail.
• Translate technical outputs into clear, user-friendly documentation and reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders, operational teams, and volunteers to ensure testing success
• Support real-world operational and field testing activities, including regional travel if required

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in system, operational, or user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Strong hands-on experience in mobile testing across iOS and Android devices
• Ability to create structured test documentation for non-technical audiences
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into plain English
• High level of attention to detail and data accuracy in test execution and reporting
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
• Ability to work methodically in a structured testing environment
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility in fast-moving project settings
• Willingness to travel within South Australia, including regional and overnight stays
• Availability to support testing outside standard business hours if required
