Hays Technology is supporting a key enterprise client based in the Brisbane CBD to appoint an SAP Technical BA to an initial 12-month contract with the possibility to extend beyond.

Your new role

As an experienced Technical Business Analyst, you will have a strong SAP background to support key transformation initiatives. This role will see you partnering closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and translate requirements, analyse processes, and contribute to the successful delivery of SAP solutions.

• Engage stakeholders to gather and prioritise data quality requirements for S/4 migration

• Act as the key link between data owners and technical teams

• Define and manage the scope of data cleansing activities

• Develop and maintain data quality dashboards and reports

• Coordinate testing to ensure accurate data migration and validation

• Provide regular updates on data quality status and key issues

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst with a focus on data management and data cleansing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP systems (SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, SAP FICO, SAP MM, etc.), with experience in data migration or integration projects.
• Experience working with business data owners to identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Familiarity with data cleansing tools such as InfoSteward and techniques, including data validation, transformation, and reconciliation.

You will be offered an initial 12-month contract with a large professional SAP team working towards an end-of-year go live of S4/HANA. There will be a strong opportunity to extend a further 12-months. This role will be paid at a generous market hourly rate + super or + GST.
