Your new role
We are currently recruiting for a Construction & Projects Lawyer.
- 1 x permanent or 12-month fixed-term role (with view to permanency)
You will provide expert legal advice across the full life cycle of complex infrastructure projects, working closely with stakeholders to deliver commercial, practical solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating major construction contracts and framework agreements
- Advising on procurement processes, panel arrangements and contract interpretation
- Managing front-end and back-end construction matters, including disputes
- Supporting large-scale infrastructure projects from procurement through to delivery
- Working autonomously while engaging with senior stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified lawyer admitted in Australia
- 7–12 years PQE with a strong focus on construction and projects law
- Proven experience on major infrastructure or capital projects
- Strong capability across both contract drafting and disputes
- Experience with procurement frameworks and large-scale contracting environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
