Your new role

• Design and document full residential house plans using Revit.
• Coordinate architectural and structural elements.
• Prepare documentation for approvals and construction.
• Collaborate with builders, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant standards and regulations.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3–5 years’ experience as a Draftsperson / Building Designer in residential construction
• Strong proficiency in Revit (essential) – AutoCAD is not used.
• Experience designing full residential homes (layouts, elevations, construction details)
• Understanding of Australian building codes and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
