Your new role
As a Draftsperson, you will be responsible for producing detailed residential designs from concept through to construction documentation. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver accurate and high-quality drawings for a range of custom and project homes. This role will see you:
- Design and document full residential house plans using Revit.
- Coordinate architectural and structural elements.
- Prepare documentation for approvals and construction.
- Collaborate with builders, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant standards and regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Draftsperson / Building Designer in residential construction
- Strong proficiency in Revit (essential) – AutoCAD is not used.
- Experience designing full residential homes (layouts, elevations, construction details)
- Understanding of Australian building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
