The Role:

Hays Garden Maintenance is expanding and looking for reliable, hardworking Grounds & Gardens staff to join our growing team. With opportunities across local councils and commercial sites throughout metro and surrounding areas, now is a great time to get on board. You will be carrying out general garden and grounds maintenance across a range of sites.

Duties include mowing, edging, pruning, planting, weeding, litter collection and site clean-up Operate equipment safely and efficiently Work both independently and within a team environment Maintain a professional approach with clients and the public.

About You:

- Previous experience in garden or grounds maintenance (Essential)
- Certificate III in Horticulture (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- White Card and clearances (or willing to obtain)
- MR/HR licence (advantageous)
