Your new role
We are seeking AI Consultants (GRC Analysts) to support a newly established Responsible AI stream. This is a newly created function, offering the opportunity to shape and influence how AI is governed and operated in a high-impact environment. These roles are focused on ensuring the safe, ethical, and compliant use of AI across the organisation.
You will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and interpreting emerging AI regulations, policies, and guidance from governing bodies
- Identifying, assessing, and documenting risks associated with the use of AI
- Ensuring adherence to governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) requirements and responsible AI obligations
- Supporting the implementation of established tools and frameworks in a practical, “hands-on” delivery phase
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to embed responsible AI practices
- Engaging with stakeholders to promote awareness, alignment, and best practices
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in GRC, Risk, or Compliance (AI/technology exposure highly regarded)
- Understanding of risk frameworks, regulatory requirements, and governance practices
- Ability to interpret evolving guidance and translate it into actionable controls and processes
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Proven stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams
- Interest or exposure to Responsible AI, emerging technologies, or digital risk (highly desirable)
