Your new role

• Monitoring and interpreting emerging AI regulations, policies, and guidance from governing bodies
• Identifying, assessing, and documenting risks associated with the use of AI
• Ensuring adherence to governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) requirements and responsible AI obligations
• Supporting the implementation of established tools and frameworks in a practical, “hands-on” delivery phase
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to embed responsible AI practices
• Engaging with stakeholders to promote awareness, alignment, and best practices

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in GRC, Risk, or Compliance (AI/technology exposure highly regarded)
• Understanding of risk frameworks, regulatory requirements, and governance practices
• Ability to interpret evolving guidance and translate it into actionable controls and processes
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Proven stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams
• Interest or exposure to Responsible AI, emerging technologies, or digital risk (highly desirable)
