You will join a small, high-performing team delivering critical business applications in a structured and secure environment.
This role focusses on end-to-end development across desktop, web and integration services using the Microsoft stack. You will also mentor junior staff and contribute to improving engineering standards.

Your new role

• Design, build and maintain business applications using C# and .NET

• Develop desktop solutions using WPF and MVVM patterns

• Deliver web, API and integration components using ASP.NET, Web API and Azure Functions

• Support and enhance existing applications, including troubleshooting and performance improvements

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical advice

• Contribute to code reviews, testing practices and development standards

• Mentor team members and support knowledge sharing

• Manage source control and CI/CD using Azure DevOps and Git

What you'll need to succeed

• NV1 Clearance

• .NET development, including C#, ASP.NET and Web API

• WPF and MVVM architecture

• Entity Framework, LINQ and object-oriented programming

• API and integration development

• Azure services, including Functions and storage

• JSON and XML data handling

• Microsoft Office automation, including Word and related tooling

• Azure DevOps, Git and modern delivery practices
  
  You also:

• Have experience working in secure or government environments

• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Work well in small, collaborative teams
