Your new role

You will join the Sydney Litigation & Dispute Resolution team as a junior lawyer (1–4 PQE). Working closely with partners and senior lawyers, you will be involved in complex commercial disputes, regulatory investigations and high‑profile litigation.
This role offers early responsibility, direct client exposure and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to challenging matters. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team while also having the autonomy to develop your own professional judgement and technical capability.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 1–4 years’ post‑qualification experience in commercial litigation
  • Strong analytical, research and drafting skills
  • The ability to identify key issues in complex matters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound judgement and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A commitment to excellence and continuous development
