Your new role
As the HR Advisor (Recruitment), you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment while contributing to broader HR advisory and organisational design activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading end-to-end recruitment across all roles, ensuring timely, high-quality and culturally appropriate processes
- Partnering with managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Managing advertising, screening, shortlisting, interviews, reference checks and onboarding
- Coordinating pre-employment checks including licences, qualifications and compliance requirements
- Supporting workforce planning through recruitment insights and reporting metrics
- Assisting in the development and review of position descriptions to ensure consistency and alignment
- Providing advice on job design, classification and organisational structure
- Delivering a positive, respectful and culturally safe candidate experience
- Supporting onboarding and employee transitions across the organisation
- Providing generalist HR advisory support across policies, procedures and employee matters
- Contributing to HR reporting, continuous improvement, and workforce capability initiatives
This is a diverse and hands-on role suited to an HR professional who enjoys both operational recruitment delivery and contributing to broader organisational outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
This role is ideal for an experienced HR Advisor with strong recruitment capability and the ability to work across both strategic and operational HR functions.
We’re looking for candidates who bring:
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR advisory roles
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice
- Experience reviewing or developing position descriptions and supporting workforce alignment
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
- Strong administrative capability with high attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously
- High level cultural awareness and ability to work respectfully across diverse communities
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office systems
