With a strong market presence and a collaborative team culture, they are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their finance team.

Your new role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts receivable function in a high-volume environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Raising invoices, statements and credit notes
  • Managing collections and following up outstanding accounts
  • Allocating incoming payments and reconciling customer ledgers
  • Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting requirements
  • Assisting with month-end processes and cash flow visibility
  • Liaising with internal departments, including sales and operations

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong accounts receivable experience, ideally within a manufacturing, logistics or industrial environment.
You will also have:
  • Proven experience in a similar AR or credit control position
  • Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • A proactive approach to collections and problem-solving
  • Experience using ERP systems and intermediate Excel skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
