Your new role

• Providing strategic leadership across the full project life cycle
• Managing delivery partners, EPC contractors and key stakeholders
• Overseeing project governance, commercial performance and risk management
• Leading internal project teams and ensuring alignment across development, engineering and delivery functions
• Driving programme, budget and quality outcomes
• Representing the project at executive and external stakeholder level

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role delivering large-scale renewable energy projects, (Ideally Wind Farms)
• Strong background in wind, solar, or major energy-related projects
• Experience operating in a client-side environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen
