Our client, a leading healthcare provider based south of the river, is seeking a Grounds & Maintenance Officer to join their on-site facilities team. Your new role

• Carrying out grounds and general maintenance tasks across a large, well-maintained site
• Lawn mowing, edging, whipper snipping, and garden upkeep
• Performing minor maintenance and repair work as required
• Maintaining outdoor areas including pathways, car parks, and common spaces
• Operating a range of hand and power tools safely
• Identifying and reporting maintenance issues to the facilities team
• Contributing to a safe, clean, and presentable environment for staff and visitors

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in grounds keeping, maintenance, or a similar role
• Ability to carry out both outdoor grounds work and basic maintenance tasks
• Strong attention to detail and pride in site presentation
• Good reliability, punctuality, and work ethic
• Experience using landscaping and maintenance equipment
• White Card (preferred but not essential)
• Valid WA driving licence and reliable transport
• Full working rights in Australia
• Availability for an immediate start
