Your new role
In this role, you will act as the key point of contact for customers, ensuring all enquiries and orders are managed efficiently. You will liaise with internal teams including production, logistics, and sales to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing and managing customer orders end-to-end
- Coordinating with internal departments to meet delivery expectations
- Resolving customer issues and handling complaints professionally
- Maintaining accurate records in internal systems
- Providing product information and support
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous customer service experience, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, or FMCG environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
