You’ll provide trusted advice across the full employee life cycle while leading continuous improvement across HR processes and frameworks.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with leaders to deliver strategic workforce and people plans
  • Provide expert guidance across performance, ER/IR, and organisational development
  • Lead initiatives that enhance culture, capability, and engagement
  • Use data‑driven insights to inform decision‑making and continuous improvement
  • Support change programmes and coach leaders through transformation
What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in a HRBP or senior advisory role
  • Strong ER/IR knowledge and confidence navigating complex matters
  • Ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
  • Commercial acumen and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
  • Passion for driving positive cultural and organisational outcomes
