Your new role

As Project Manager, Capital Works, you will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of infrastructure projects from planning through to completion. These projects will primarily focus on buildings but may also include streetscape, parks, roads, stormwater, and other public assets.
You will oversee the full project life cycle including design, procurement, contract management, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You will also manage stakeholder relationships, provide project reporting, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal frameworks.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or Project Management (or equivalent experience)
  • Demonstrated experience managing both design and construction phases of infrastructure projects
  • Strong contract administration and procurement experience
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple concurrent projects
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory environments
  • Current Class C Driver’s Licence and White Card
