Your new role
As a Digital Marketing Consultant (BDM), you will play a critical role in driving new business growth across the SMB market.
Operating as a true hunter, you’ll be responsible for building your own portfolio from the ground up—prospecting, engaging and closing new clients, while positioning yourself as a trusted advisor on their digital marketing strategy.
You’ll focus heavily on new business acquisition, leading the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to close, working with business owners across a range of industries.
Supported by a dedicated in‑house services team, you’ll also collaborate post‑sale to ensure strong campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth within your client base over time.

What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated success in B2B new business sales, ideally within SMB markets.
Experience in high‑activity environments, including cold calling (20–30 calls per day).
Background in SaaS, digital marketing, media, advertising or related industries.
Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
Strong consultative, solution‑based selling approach.
Ability to build relationships with business owners and decision‑makers.
Highly resilient, self‑motivated and target driven.
Strong organisational skills with experience managing pipeline and activity.
Must have full working rights and be willing to complete background checks.
No conflicting side businesses within digital marketing.
What you'll get in return
Base salary of $80–87k + $10k car allowance.
