Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

• 3 + years’ experience in renewable energy development
• Proven experience engaging with landowners and negotiating land agreements
• Strong understanding of the Australian renewable energy project life cycle, including planning approvals and grid connection processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and commercial negotiation skills
• Ability to identify and assess development opportunities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, self-driven approach with strong organisational capability
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Planning, Property, Environmental Science, Business, or similar
• Full Australian working rights
• Willingness to travel frequently across regional and interstate locations
