The client base is primarily made up of Tier 2 and Tier 3 builders, with exposure to high‑profile, high‑value projects. There is minimal subcontractor work, allowing lawyers to focus on complex and commercially sophisticated matters.

Your new role

• Construction disputes and litigation
• Security of payment claims
• Contract administration and risk advice
• Project‑related advisory and dispute strategy

What you'll need to succeed

• 2+ years’ PAE, ideally with some construction law exposure
• Strong litigators with an interest in moving into construction will also be considered.
• Experience from boutique, mid‑tier or top‑tier firms welcomed
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑performing environment
• Strong drafting, communication and problem‑solving skills
• Team‑oriented and adaptable to evolving legal and commercial issues
