Your new company
A highly regarded Sydney‑based construction and disputes law firm is seeking to recruit an Associate‑level lawyer to join its growing and successful construction practice. The firm has entered an exciting growth phase led by highly respected senior practitioners who are consistently recognised in leading legal directories.
The firm is known for delivering top‑tier quality construction work and regularly acts opposite leading firms on major matters. Approximately 80% of the work is back‑end focused, with a strong pipeline of high‑value disputes and arbitrations, alongside front‑end advisory work.
The client base is primarily made up of Tier 2 and Tier 3 builders, with exposure to high‑profile, high‑value projects. There is minimal subcontractor work, allowing lawyers to focus on complex and commercially sophisticated matters.
