Your new role Your career at NAB is about more than money, it’s about supporting customers and helping communities thrive. We are currently seeking a Home Loan Service Advisor to join the team. In this inbound call centre role, you will manage approximately 30 calls per day, supporting customers with enquiries relating to existing home loans, credit cards, and associated lending products.
Your main responsibilities will include: Customer First: Be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries on home loan products, fee changes, product variations, and associated credit card packages. Keep It Simple: Provide clear, accurate information to help customers understand their options. Move with Speed: Deliver efficient and personable service on every interaction. Own It: Take responsibility for resolving customer queries and recommending suitable solutions. Win Together: Navigate multiple systems effectively while staying up to date with processes, policies, and regulations.
Role details: Duration: 3-month assignment (with potential to extend or progress into NAB’s Personal Direct business) Pay rate: $38.99 per hour + super Hours: 37.5 hours per week Shifts: Monday to Friday, typically 9 am – 5 pm or 10 am – 6 pm Location: 700 Bourke Street, Docklands VIC Work arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 from home) after completing 12 weeks of training and achieving proficiency.
What you’ll need to succeed You are encouraged to apply for this role if you have: • Full working rights for the duration of the assignment (Working Holiday visas considered) • Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call centre, or banking preferred) • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability • Resilience and a customer-focused mindset • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting) – preferred
