Your new role

As a Site Supervisor, you’ll oversee multiple residential projects, coordinating trades and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. You will manage your own workload day to day, operating within a structured insurance environment with clear performance measures.

• Supervising low-rise residential construction and repair works
• Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
• Managing site safety, quality and progress
• Maintaining documentation and reporting against project KPIs
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

What you'll need to succeed

• QBCC Supervisor licence
• Residential construction supervision experience
• Insurance building experience is highly regarded, but not essential
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• The ability to work autonomously and manage multiple sites
• A stable employment history demonstrating commitment and reliability
• Clear communication skills when dealing with trades and internal stakeholders
