Your New Role

You will be responsible for:

• Deliver high-quality data analysis, reporting, and visualisations to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Lead and contribute to workforce planning and recruitment modelling, translating future workforce designs into actionable data insights.
• Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align data outputs with organisational priorities.
• Provide leadership in business analysis activities, including setting priorities, managing workflows, and ensuring project outcomes align with agency objectives.
• Use data-driven insights and sound judgement to resolve complex issues, assess risks, and support strategic improvements and innovation.
  
  What You Will Need to Succeed

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

• Demonstrated ability to analyse complex data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and build effective working relationships.
• Proven experience managing priorities, delivering under pressure, and taking ownership of outcomes in a dynamic environment.
• Sound judgement and problem-solving capability, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  
  The Logistics

• Full time opportunity, Contract through until December 31st (with view for extension/permeancy).
• Hybrid working arrangement.
• Hourly rate of $60.26 + super.
• Locations available in Richmond VIC, Newcastle NSW, or Brisbane QLD.
• Australian Citizenship is required.
