Your New RoleYou will be responsible for:
- Deliver high-quality data analysis, reporting, and visualisations to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Lead and contribute to workforce planning and recruitment modelling, translating future workforce designs into actionable data insights.
- Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align data outputs with organisational priorities.
- Provide leadership in business analysis activities, including setting priorities, managing workflows, and ensuring project outcomes align with agency objectives.
- Use data-driven insights and sound judgement to resolve complex issues, assess risks, and support strategic improvements and innovation.
What You Will Need to Succeed
The successful applicant will demonstrate:- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and build effective working relationships.
- Proven experience managing priorities, delivering under pressure, and taking ownership of outcomes in a dynamic environment.
- Sound judgement and problem-solving capability, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and contribute to strategic decision-making.
The Logistics
- Full time opportunity, Contract through until December 31st (with view for extension/permeancy).
- Hybrid working arrangement.
- Hourly rate of $60.26 + super.
- Locations available in Richmond VIC, Newcastle NSW, or Brisbane QLD.
- Australian Citizenship is required.
