Your new role

• As a Test Lead, you will play a pivotal role in a complex, data-heavy migration program, leading one of the key testing streams. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end testing activities across backend ETL pipelines, ensuring the successful migration and reconciliation of large volumes of critical data.
  Working closely with Test Directors, developers, and business stakeholders, you will lead test planning, execution, and delivery within tight timelines. The role is highly hands-on, with a strong focus on automation and AI-enabled testing practices.

• Key responsibilities include:

• Leading test strategy, planning, and execution for data migration initiatives

• Driving reconciliation testing and ensuring data integrity across platforms

• Implementing AI-enabled and Python-based automation frameworks

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across engineering, business, and leadership

• Managing testing within iterative delivery cycles and CI/CD pipelines

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Test Lead in data migration or data-heavy transformation programs

• Strong expertise in test automation (Python) and AI-enabled testing approaches

• Hands-on experience with ETL/backend testing, data reconciliation, and file-based systems

• Exposure to modern data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks, AWS or Azure)

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Xray, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices

• Background in banking, financial services, insurance, or credit risk

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and drive outcomes end-to-end
