A Mining Services company in the Eastern suburbs is seeking an experienced accounts admin to join their purchasing team. This role will commence on an immediate or asap basis.

Your new role

  • Raising purchase requisition
  • Check for PO variation
  • Following up with internal stakeholders for relevant approvals
  • Preparing service entry sheet for the AP team
  • High volume work environment

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in a similar role essential

  • ERP system is highly regarded (SAP highly desirable)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment

  • Mining industry exposure desirable

  • High levels of attention to detail
