Your new role
As a Digital Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and optimising a suite of customer and operational systems. Working across platforms including CRM, web content management systems, and service management tools, your focus will be on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to ongoing system improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and maintaining core platforms including CRM systems, CMS, and service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Managing and updating web content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with best practice digital standards
- Delivering high-quality customer service to internal stakeholders and external users, troubleshooting system and process-related enquiries
- Analysing data and producing insights using tools such as Excel and Power BI to support operational decision-making
- Identifying process improvements and contributing to system enhancements and efficiencies
- Coordinating workflows, managing competing priorities, and ensuring deadlines are consistently met
- Collaborating with a small, high-performing team while also working independently under broad direction
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong systems aptitude and a customer-focused mindset.
You will bring:
- Previous experience in a customer service, operations, or system support role
- Proven ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies and systems
- Experience working with CRM platforms and/or web content management systems (CMS)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with exposure to Power BI are highly regarded.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team environment
