Your new role

As Senior Manager – Business Advisory, you will play a key leadership role within the firm, working hands-on with Partners on complex advisory engagements while mentoring and developing the next generation of talent.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading advisory engagements for high-net-worth family groups and privately held businesses
  • Acting as a trusted adviser across tax structuring, business strategy, succession planning and wealth-related matters
  • Managing and reviewing complex compliance outcomes while maintaining a strong advisory focus
  • Working closely with Partners on key client relationships and strategic initiatives
  • Coaching and mentoring Managers and senior staff
  • Contributing to the firm’s continued growth and evolution

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • CA or CPA qualification
  • Proven experience at Senior Manager level within a public practice / business advisory environment
  • Strong technical capability across business advisory and tax for complex private clients
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or family groups (highly regarded)
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships
  • A collaborative leadership style with a genuine interest in mentoring others
