What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a mining camp or remote environment is a strong advantage.
• Trade qualified with a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Comfortable cooking in bulk and delivering consistent quality at scale
• Brings a positive, hands-on attitude to every shift.
• Thrives as part of a busy, supportive kitchen team
• Clear and effective communicator
• Passionate about food, flavour, and delivering great service
• Takes pride in presentation and attention to detail
