Your new company
As the Project Administrator, you will play a critical role supporting the successful delivery of multiple commercial construction projects. Working closely with Project Managers, contractors and consultants, you will manage day-to-day project administration and ensure accurate reporting, documentation and communication across the project lifecycle.
Your new role
Managing daily administrative functions across project sites
Coordinating meetings and preparing agendas and minutes
Processing invoices and purchase orders
Managing project documentation, contracts and variations
Liaising with consultants, contractors and stakeholders
Supporting Project Managers with budgeting and reporting
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will require the following;
Previous experience as a Project Administrator within construction
Valid White Card or willing to obtain
Experience with project/construction software (e.g. Aconex, Workbench, Dashpivot)
Knowledge and understanding of ISO standards
High-level organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to work autonomously and prioritise competing deadlines
