Lead Interior Designer – Commercial
Sydney CBD | Full‑time
Shape spaces. Elevate experiences. Lead design with purpose.
An opportunity for a senior Interior Designer to take ownership of interiors across a portfolio of landmark commercial assets. This client‑side role offers the chance to influence how people experience workplaces - from first impressions in lobbies to the detail of tenancy fit‑outs and shared spaces. This is a creative yet technically grounded role, suited to an Interior Designer who enjoys staying close to design while leading outcomes across concept, documentation and delivery.
Your new role
You will lead interior design across commercial offices, retail, refurbishments and common areas, translating vision into well‑resolved, compliant and buildable design.
Working alongside Property, Projects, Facilities and Leasing teams, you’ll help shape environments that support leasing success, tenant experience and long‑term asset value.
You’ll be trusted to set design direction, but also expected to stay hands‑on — drawing, resolving details, reviewing fit‑outs and ensuring what’s built reflects the design intent.
