• Manage end‑to‑end contract administration for major offshore construction packages
• Support tendering, contract formation, negotiation, and award activities
• Administer and interpret contract terms, variations, claims, and correspondence
• Work closely with project, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure contractual compliance
• Assess contractor progress claims, variations, and time impact submissions
• Identify and manage commercial and contractual risks
• Provide clear commercial advice to project stakeholders
• Maintain accurate contract records and reporting throughout the project lifecycle

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in contract management within oil & gas or major energy projects
• Strong background working contractor‑side (EPCI, construction, or offshore contractors preferred)
• Experience supporting offshore construction or execution‑phase projects
• Solid understanding of commercial principles, claims, and risk management
• Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
• Ability to work autonomously within an owner operator environment

• Long‑term contract role with at least 3 years of project runway
• Competitive daily rate up to $1,200 per day
• Perth‑based role with one day per week working from home
